Hedgehog Queen Madonna

This one of those do-whatever-I-want, don't-care-for-canon-or-continuity-don't-bug-me, freestyle experiments. But yes this loose parody does reference when Sonic was originally going to have a human girlfriend.

While not intended for a comic series (yet), this was a sketchbook concept exercise centering around alien chaos emeralds landing on earth that does anywhere between turn people into mutants or open portals to parallel dimensions (either way hence the sonic shit), and from struggling employee to firm protagonist, our lady Madonna plays a pretty central role in the drama.

This was nevertheless fun to draw and reference, paying tribute to 30 years ago when I first picked up a controller or comic book or watched a cartoon on a screen. :)
